Perfect little pub really.Tried three different local ales, plenty of people in there, nice atmosphere and loads of board games.Really enjoyed it. Two mins from timbrells yard

Very friendly pub selling a small range of good real beers. Interesting layout with lounge looking out onto the street and a cosy bar. Huge old fire place. Toilets are unisex - take care to lock the door.
What a great find, not by us but our Manchester Terrier Teddy who dived into the door as we walked past and his nose was not wrong. Great beer and locals very friendly there was even a nibble board set out which is only on a Saturday. A proper gem of a pub.
