Also the dry cider was great.Salmon was goodChicken wings were just okay. Both the quality and the marination/sauces used couldn't do full justiceBut it all ended well with a beautiful and awesomely delicious Sticky toffee puddingOverall it was a great experience visitng the outlet
Just been out for a family meal. Fantastic food and marvelous service from the very friendly staff. Will definitely be heading back. Very tasty rib eye steaks and gorgeous burgers.
Lovely steak and chips with a fabulous chocolate tart for pud. House white very nice. Plenty of seating for humans and dogs welcome (even a jar of treats for them on the bar)! Friendly staff.
Lovely pub experience with a lovely relaxed and cosy ambience. Nice place to escape the winter weather. My wife and I enjoyed the fish and chips, cooked to perfection and a nice glass of wine. Staff were attentive, polite and welcoming. Absolutely worth the visit and we will be returning in the future.
15 of us enjoyed a super evening meal at the Dandy Lion recently. The Irish Man who served us was very attentive and in view of his authority we called him 'the boss' The menu gave us meat, fish and vegetarian choices. The Christmas meal option proved a winner with clean plates from all. The sticky toffee pudding was superb. We all enjoyed the variety and quality. Keep it up 'boss'.
