Whilst my daughter's dress is beautiful, I would not recommend using this bridal company. Alterations and fittings were verbally mentioned but at no point (on our 2 visits) was an additional cost mentioned. The cost quoted is not an insignificant amount. Bridal dresses are expensive and you really shouldn't have 'hidden costs'. When I phoned up to complain I was told it was in the 'terms and conditions' and we should have read the small print. Most brides have a tight budget and therefore do not expect additional costs that have not been mentioned. The attitude to my complaint was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. Once they have your initial 50% deposit and then the balance on your 2nd visit then they have the attitude well we now have your money.
I have a quick turn around for my Wedding so in a panic I messaged a bunch of shops asking what they could do for me. Kerry at Perfect Day Bride, was the only one who calmed me down and assured me that I had plently of time (10 months or so). She booked me in and when my Mum, Godmother and I arrived, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was incredibly special, they listened to what I wanted but knew my shape and what would look best. I found my dress on my first visit...didn't go to any other shop. Highly recommend Kerry and the team, she has also been great following the appointment, answering my questions :) Thank you!
Cannot rate highly enough. The selection of dresses is amazing, absolutely beautiful shop and the ladies who work there make you feel completely at ease. They really listen to what you are after but are also not afraid to give you recommendations and suggestions based on what they think will look amazing. I was really nervous and didnt know what to expect but had the most positive experience. First shop and I found THE dress. Special thanks to Harry.

Absolute superstars who have gone above and beyond to make sure my best friend found her dream dress.... at very short notice too! This is an absolutely stunning bridal shop with an enormous range of beautiful dresses for all budgets. My final decision came down to two dresses, one at Perfect Day and one in another shop, and the ladies were incredibly kind and helpful in welcoming me back to try it on again and make my final decision! I went for the other dress in the end as it was more me, but I would recommend Perfect Day/Flossy & Willow without a moments hesitation.
