I cannot recommend Flossy & Willow enough. I came here three days in a row, which they didn't have any problem with, and on the third day I chose my dress. There wasn't any hassle whatsoever, and the customer service was excellent. I was so relaxed in the shop and I never felt any pressure to hurry or make any decisions quickly. Not only this, but the dresses they have in store are absolutely beautiful. I have such amazing memories of this store and look forward to picking up my dress!
The most magical experience ever! Kerry and Harriett were so amazing! I felt great as soon as I stepped in the store - which is beautiful by the way! I was left to select my own dresses after an initial consultation. Whilst trying on the dresses both ladies helped to select further options based on my likes and dislikes which ultimately led to trying on a dress that I fell in love with. Their opinions were honest and helpful, they clearly have a lot of knowledge and know exactly what they are talking about. It was the best day and I am so glad I booked an appointment here. Will be recommending to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much again.
I had a very bad experience in this place, I booked an appointment with them but when I arrived in the shop they had forgotten our appointment. they make me try the wedding dress with a member of stuff without experience, I was very confused and when I said maybe this is the dress they asked to me to sign a document about to do not refund the money in case I changed my mind I paid 1300 pounds for a dress in sale. I asked if I could live the dress in their shop so I didn't collect the dress, but when I back in my town I changed mind I text them to say if I could leave the dress in the shop and in case somebody like to buy my dress for 700 hundred. they wrote an email to say if I don't collect the dress they will give it to a charity shop I phoned them and I said if you are so generous with the customers money why don't donate one of the dress in your shop? finally I went to collect the dress and was in a bad conditions, it smell like mold and wrinkled. Now I just lose the money thanks for the Perfect day !!!!!! Sorry for my English
