We can highly recommend this very competent, very experienced and friendly Travel Agent who helped us arrange a special holiday in St Lucia in January. We took advantage of an advertisement on Facebook and Gill ensured at every step that our requirements were met. We were really impressed that all 3 ladies there that day, had recent personal experience of St Lucia and made the decision on hotel choice easy. Jenette really does have a very good professional team and when we had one or two subsequent queries before flying out, Jenette, Gill and Lisa were so helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they took genuine care to ensure we had everything we needed. An excellent customer service experience all round and we feel happy to recommend Travel Options with complete confidence.
Jenny and Gill went the extra mile to help us book our summer holiday, calling and re-calling the rep and the office with our endless questions and "what-ifs?". Nothing too much trouble and in the end we booked a far better holiday than we had first pencilled in, and at a better price! Booked through Jenette for a 4 week holiday in Australia starting from Sydney to cairns, everything went really smoothly and she picked out great hotels that we couldnt of found better if we tried.
