I live in Bradford on Avon,& used the station to commute for years. Back in 2015 to 2017 they had fabulousstaff, friendly & helpful. Some of those staff still remain, but 1 or 2 have left and it's not as nice! There also used to be 2 main staff so they got to know you & there was some consistency. Shame I think the atmosphere had changed.

My secret parking space when working in Bristol. Worth noting that the ticket office closes promptly at 1pm, however buying tickets on the trains is straightforward enough, around 10 return to Bristol.
Have to get to school with the train, it's a shame that such a beautiful decorated place DOESNT have a toilet :(
Very pretty historic station. Some staff are great but it varies a lot. The train service by GWR is shameful, with trains arriving so full they frequent leave commuters behind on the platform.
