Either refused to sell me petrol or had run out. But instead of telling me, mouthed 'sorry' through the window. Not visiting again.

Staff can be hit & miss. Some of the staff are lovely.
The main employee spends most of his time in the back. I have had to wait more than 5 minutes for him to turn the pump on several times. I've also been late in the evening just for the shop and he has simply lef the door locked. Despite living virtually next door I cross the river to go to the Texaco on the other side - where they're actually friendly, polite and speak english.
Absolutely discusting. The staff are incredibly rude and need training. My partner was refused service for cigarettes because she did not have a British passport or British form of ID. Dispite showing a Hungarian passport and Hungarian ID card she was still refused. This was incredibly embarrassing as there was roughly 5 other customers behind us in the queue. We were then told to wait until all the other customers had been served.
