Had head gasket done after 5 days broke down .after numerous calls and text am still waiting for kevin to again fix the problem. Says he will turn up on a few occasions butjust doesn't turn up .saying that he is a good mechanic but if it's goes wrong that's where you have the problem. Hope it's resolved soon.said he would turn up on the 22nd. As before just never bothered again with no call or explanations why. Update now after letters sent to his home address and still no contact from him . Sadly now have no choice but the legal road.spoke to him on fone yet again his reply was I'm sending you a letter by weekend which was 2 weeks and said take me to court I'm not bothered then hung up
Even though we didnt need kev to come out to us he helped diagnose the issue over the phone on his day off. Great customer service on route to holiday now
