I popped in after having walked 5 miles along the tow park with a puncture yesterday and were saved by the amazing staff who fixed my puncture for me. Very professional and helpful I will be taking my bike there for services etc in future.
Telephoned in advance to check if they were able to fix a gear cable. Told over the phone to drop the bike down and they'd be able to sort it for the next day. Drove down, and they claimed they hadn't heard from me and weren't able to help. Absolute waste of time on a Saturday.
Real helpful staff - no problem handling small repairs. Huge new store, with a great range of bicycles. Highly recommended.
